Most marketing tools punish you for being new. You sign up, stare at an empty dashboard, and quietly close the tab. Marketifyall is built to do the opposite: within 30 minutes you can have your accounts connected, your brand voice loaded, and your first week of content scheduled. This guide is the exact sequence the Quick Shift Labs onboarding team walks new teams through, condensed into something you can follow on your own.

What you need before you start

A logged-in Marketifyall account, the login credentials for at least one social platform, and a rough sense of who you sell to. That is genuinely all. If you do not have an account yet, create one at /auth/sign-up and come back here.

Minute 0-5: Set up your workspace

When you first land in Marketifyall, you create a workspace. A workspace is the home for one brand or one client: it holds connected accounts, content, campaigns, and your media library. If you run an agency, create one workspace per client so reporting and permissions stay clean. If you are a solo founder, a single workspace is all you will ever need.

01

Name your workspace

Use the brand name, not your personal name. This label shows up across the Calendar Planner, Email Campaigns, and reports.

02

Set your industry and audience

These two fields feed the AI Command Center and AI Content Creation tools so suggestions arrive pre-tuned instead of generic.

03

Invite your team

Add teammates now if you have them. Roles control who can publish versus who can only draft, which matters once content starts flowing.

Minute 5-15: Connect your channels

Cross-Platform Social Management is the backbone of the product, so connect your accounts early. Marketifyall supports Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Threads through secure OAuth, which means you never paste a raw password into the platform.

  • Connect the platforms where you already post, even if you are only active on two or three of them.
  • Authorize the business or creator account, not a personal profile, so analytics and scheduling work fully.
  • Reconnect any channel that shows an expired token, which can happen if a platform resets permissions.
  • Connect Email Campaigns and Site Analysis sources too if you want a full picture from day one.

Do not skip the less obvious channels

Teams that connect Threads and Pinterest in week one consistently report finding untapped reach there, because most competitors ignore them. Connecting takes 30 seconds per platform.

Minute 15-22: Teach the AI your brand voice

Before you generate a single caption, give the AI Content Creation engine something to work with. In your brand settings, paste two or three pieces of your best existing copy, list five words that describe your tone, and note anything to avoid. This small investment is the difference between AI output that sounds like a robot and output that sounds like you.

A simple brand-voice starter

If you are unsure what to write, answer three prompts: Who are we talking to? What do we want them to feel? What words would we never use? Even a few sentences each dramatically sharpens every caption, ad, and email the platform produces later.

Minute 22-30: Generate and schedule your first content

Now the fun part. Open the AI Command Center, the autonomous marketing agent at the heart of Marketifyall, and ask it to plan a week of posts for your audience. It will draft captions, suggest hashtags, recommend the best posting times, and slot everything into the Calendar Planner. Review each draft, tweak anything that feels off, and approve.

01

Ask the Command Center for a 7-day plan

Describe one goal, such as driving sign-ups or building awareness, and let it build the schedule around that goal.

02

Generate captions and hashtags

Use the content planner to fill each slot. The hashtag tool suggests sets sized for each platform rather than a generic list.

03

Set up an A/B test

For your most important post, generate two caption variants and let A/B testing find the stronger one.

04

Approve and schedule

Confirm the week in the Calendar Planner. Marketifyall publishes automatically at the recommended times.

The teams that win are not the ones with the best ideas on day one. They are the ones who ship something every day and let the data teach them.
